Cooking Lesson in Sri Lanka

When I went on an Ayurvedic journey
I wanted to experience local cuisine that uses various spices and herbs.
I took a private lesson
With more beautiful spices than I can remember,
Organically grown vegetables grown on our own farm
Chefs finishing the dish with their vivid hands
It was a trip where I felt the depth of Sri Lankan cuisine.
